My fridge is not cooling

Does the compressor run within a few minutes of power-on? If not, please reset the fridge.

If you hear the compressor running, you must allow the fridge some time to cool down - the time will depend on how warm your environment is, how often you open it, whether you have put warm goods inside the fridge, whether you have set it to MAX or ECO, and the power available. 

If your fridge is installed into a camper with enclosed cabinetry, or in a vehicle where it has no open space around it, remove it and test in open air, in case your cabinetry prevents the fridge from having fresh air inflow or does not have a vent to extract the hot exhaust air.

Note that a fridge that is empty will not cool down to as low a temperature as a fridge that is full of freezable goods. If you are wanting to test your fridge, please fill your fridge with bottled water.

Do not insert or remove a removable baffle while the fridge is on.

On fixed models, there is a freezer side (smaller compartment) and fridge side. These are not interchangeable, so the fridge side can not be set to a lower temp than the freezer side.

For fridges with a removable divider,

• It must be correctly installed if operating as a dual zone.
• Only one temperature display will show if the internal divider is removed.
• Ensure the left zone is on before the divider is removed to operate in single zone mode or the compressor will not work.
