My Nextech GPS tracker says Offline?

The trackers only send updates when the vehicle is moving or has been moving recently, to minimise battery and data consumption.

Once the vehicle has stopped for half an hour or so, the tracker stops sending updates, and the tracker will say "Offline". The tracker will start sending updates again as soon as the vehicle moves again.

Trackers that say "Stop" are currently not moving, but have been moving recently.
