This F1 message appears on the display when the fridge senses that the external battery voltage is too low. It can also be caused by the power cable being too long, a bad plug connection, or the fridge has had an internal Lithium battery installed and needs you to change a setting. You can customise how low a voltage the fridge will accept.
To solve this, set the voltage cut-off to “M “or “L”. Do this by pressing the Gear button on the display until the battery cut-off indicator (set to H by default) blinks. Then tap the Gear again to change it from “H” to “M” or “L”. This lowers the voltage cut-off threshold. For solar/battery-powered fridges with an internal Lithium battery installed, it must be set to “L”.
