Our stores will normally have your Click & Collect order ready within 1-2 hours during business hours. They will email you as soon as your order is picked and ready. Please check your Email Spam folders, in case our email went to spam.
If you placed the order as a logged-in member, you can check the status of your order online. To do this, log in to the website, select My Account, Order History and click on your order. If the status of your order shows "ready to collect", then you're good to head into the store to collect your order.
If you can not find our "ready to collect" message, please call the store that you selected during checkout and they will be happy to confirm the order status for you.
