The setup only asks for ProWeatherLive stations credentials. You will need to configure your ProWeatherLive account online to send data to Weather Underground and WeatherCloud.
To setup Weather Underground & Weather Cloud, please follow the below guide.

Go to ProWeatherLive.net & log in. |

From the main menu, select Weather Server |
|
|
Select your device. If only one weather station is set up, you will only see 2 weather servers available. |
|
|
Select your weather server from the list. Then, enter the Station ID and Key for Weather Underground or Weather Cloud. |
