Step 4: Get Your Price Match

Once verified, we'll offer you a Price Match by matching the price.

A: If you find an identical product at one of our competitors, we will match the price. Identical means the item has the exact same manufacturer's part number with identical inclusions and accessories. We assess eligibility based on factors like stock availability and retailer location.

A: Eligible competitors include bricks-and-mortar retail competitors and local retail stores within a 50km radius.

Q: What are the exclusions for Price Match offers?

A: Exclusions include Club or Member pricing and offers, trade pricing, bulk/commercial/wholesale pricing, refurbished/used products, clearance or liquidation pricing, bundle offers, online-only offerings with zero stock on hand, items below cost price, and marketplace items not stocked locally.
