Why aren't I receiving emails?

The emails are likely to be going to your junk or spam folder. If you find a Jaycar email there, select the 'not spam' option or similar to make sure future emails appear in your inbox. If you can't find any emails, check your email address is correct on the profile section of the My Account page.
