Please follow the instructions below to connect your mobile device App. You will need to know the password for the Admin user on your system. If you do not, you can reset it.
Make sure your Concord Security system's WAN or network port is connected to a LAN port on your internet router or modem via a network cable. You should see the green "tick" on the bottom menu bar.
Download the App to your phone, by scanning the QR codes below using your phone camera.
You can also open your phone's App store and search for Concord Security by Techbrands.
Open the App, and allow it any permissions that it ask for.
The very first time you open the App, it will take you to a screen for adding your system. Press OK, then press the + symbol on the top-right.
If you have previously opened the Concord App, click on the top left menu (three lines or head-and-shoulders), and then Device Manager, to get to the + symbol.
In the App, scan the QR code on the label stuck to your system's box, or click the circled-i icon in the bottom row of the system's screen to bring up the QR code info screen.
In the App, type your Admin password and click Save. Change nothing else here.
It should say Connected after a few moments, and you can now access the system.
If it says Username/password error, press the pen-and-paper icon to re-type the password, and check that you have used Admin as the username in your system.
If it says Connect Fail or Connect Close, please call 0800 235 328 9am to 5PM AEST Monday to Friday and ask to be transferred to Technical Support for assistance.
