Re-issue of faulty or damaged gift cards

Treat your gift card like cash, if it is lost or damaged it cannot be refunded. If it is proven that a manufacturing defect prevents the card from being used, a refund or replacement will be made available. A 7-day return policy applies for gift cards proven to be defective due to manufacturing, 14-days for online purchases.
